Shipping policy

Processing Times

• Ready-to-ship retail items are typically processed within 1-3 business days after the order is received.
• Custom and personalized orders require additional production time and are typically processed within approximately 14 business days after the order has been received.
• If an order includes both retail and custom items, the entire order may ship together once the custom portion is complete unless other arrangements are made.
• Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.
• Orders placed over weekends and/or holidays will be received the following business day.
• Orders placed after 2pm EST. Monday - Friday will be received the following business day. 

Local Pickup

• Customers who select Local Pickup at checkout will be notified when their order is ready. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received a ready-for-pickup notification.
• Ready-to-ship retail items selected for local pickup are typically available same day unless the item is a print-on-demand and can take 1-3 business days. Custom and personalized orders selected for local pickup follow the same estimated 14-business-day processing time.
• Orders must be picked up during regular business hours unless other arrangements have been made. Please bring your order confirmation or name used on the order when picking up.
